  • A traditional eclectic Serbian restaurant with the food ad if your grandma made it for you. The food tasted heavenly! And so did the drinks. Our host, Stefan, made everything imaginable to make your visit pleasant, fun and memorable. We recommend strongly this restaurant fir everyone who wants to experience authentic Serbian atmosphere.

  • I think this restaurant was my dining highlight of my visit to Serbia. I found it by searching for authentic places to eat, and whilst I am sure the restaurant attracts tourists I was certainly the only English person in there this evening. As a vegetarian I asked to see a menu before sitting down, and saw there was plenty of cheese options as well as salads. Once seated I was offered a teaspoon of quince jam which I believe to be a traditional offering. I decided on a cheese platter (my favourite), a side Serbian salad and bread. The cheese was phenomenal....6 different types, all local and very different from each other. The salad had cheese on it, in hindsight I could have ordered one without. The bread was freshly baked (heated?) and was delicious. The service was friendly and informative, and whilst the restaurant was busy I didn't feel uncomfortable on my own. My bill, including the food, a large beer, a glass of wine and a local brandy was 2500 (including a tip) around £16. A bargain! I've uploaded some photos of the menu as I couldn't find any English ones online.

  • Wonderful restaurant—definitely understand why the rating is so high ! We walked all the way from Belgrade to Zemun to visit and to try Karađorđeva šnicla in its birthplace, and wow, it was absolutely delicious Normally, the dish comes as one piece, but since we were sharing, they thoughtfully made it into two mini portions for us—a detail I really appreciated! Our waiter was incredibly friendly and helped us choose a starter (highly recommend—10/10)! The atmosphere and decor were charming and everything was spotlessly clean .

  • Was rather empty on Monday evening but it meant it was also very cosy to be there for business dinner (not to loud). Food was great. Great salads and superb "Karađorđe" stake as well as rolled pork steak filled with smoked cheese in mushroom sauce.

  • I had an incredible experience at Ćiribu Ćiriba and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! The food was simply outstanding — beautifully presented, rich in flavor, and clearly made with fresh ingredients. I tried the meat wrapped in bacon served with perfectly roasted potatoes and sautéed onions — a delicious and hearty combination that left me wanting more. The dessert, topped with a sweet cherry sauce, was the perfect finish to an unforgettable meal. The service was also top-notch. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful suggestions and making sure we were comfortable throughout the visit. Despite the place being quite busy, we never felt neglected or rushed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a rustic charm that adds to the authentic local dining experience. The traditional ceramic dishes were a nice touch and made the whole meal feel even more special. Every detail, from the decor to the presentation, contributed to an enjoyable and memorable visit. I will definitely be coming back here next time I'm in town!

  • Wonderful staff and very delicious food. Upon arrival, they serve you a traditional fruit preserve with water, and when leaving, you get mint candies—a very interesting ritual. The ambiance is beautiful, as is the music.
